What we collect. Name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, order history, filter size and system details you give us, and website usage data (cookies, device and browser information). Payment card numbers are processed by Shopify Payments and are never stored by us.
Why. To fulfill and ship your orders, run your subscription, schedule installations, send order and service messages, answer your questions, improve the site, and, if you opt in, send offers. If you tell us about your HVAC system we use it to recommend the right filter and to offer service when it’s due.
Texts. If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we’ll text order updates, filter reminders and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Who we share with. Shopify (store and payments), our shipping carriers, our email/SMS provider, our filter supplier when they drop-ship directly to you, and licensed technicians who perform your installation. We don’t sell your personal information.
Where your data lives. Shopify stores it in the United States and its data centers; our own records are in US-hosted systems.
Your choices. Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your data, or to opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email.
Cookies. We use essential cookies for cart and checkout and analytics/advertising cookies (Shopify, Meta, Google) to measure the site and show relevant ads. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
Children. Our store is not directed to anyone under 18 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
