Three questions. No tape measure needed if you still have the old filter.
1. Do you have the old filter in front of you?
2. What size is printed on the edge of the frame?
Use the printed “nominal” size, like 16x25x1. Ignore the “actual size” line.

2. Measure the slot or the old filter: width × height, in inches, rounded UP to the nearest inch.
A 15½ × 24½ filter is a “16×25”. Measurements that round to a size we don’t stock: text us, we can get it.
