If a filter arrives damaged or isn’t the size you ordered, text a photo to 941-73-EAGLE within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement at no charge. You don’t need to ship the old one back.

Ordered the wrong size? Unopened filters can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange; email [email protected] and we’ll send a prepaid label. Used filters can’t be returned.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
