Subscription terms

By starting a subscription you agree that:

• What you get. The filter(s) and size you choose, delivered every 30, 60 or 90 days (default 60), with a reminder before each shipment.
• Billing. Your card is charged for each shipment on the day it ships, at the price shown when you subscribed. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change.
• Cancel any time, no fees. Cancel, pause, skip, or change size and cadence from your account page, by replying CANCEL to any subscription text, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect immediately for any shipment that has not yet been processed. Cancelling is as easy as signing up: one click, no phone call required.
• Free installation. The free first-filter installation is available once per address inside our service counties and is scheduled at a mutually agreed time. If we can’t reach you to schedule within 30 days, the filter is shipped instead.
• Automatic renewal disclosure (Florida Statutes § 501.165). This is an automatically renewing subscription. It continues until you cancel. You will receive a confirmation email at sign-up and a reminder before each shipment.
