By ordering from Red Eagle Filters you agree to these terms.

Filter ratings (MERV) are per ASHRAE 52.2 as reported by the manufacturer. “Nominal” sizes are the industry labels; actual dimensions are about ½ inch smaller in width and height. Filters are rated for residential forced-air systems; confirm your system is rated for MERV 13 before using Guard 13. Red Eagle Filters is not responsible for damage caused by using a filter rating your equipment manufacturer does not approve.
